Our cake tastes best at just below room temperature. If you are serving your cake on the day that we deliver, you can choose to refrigerate it or keep it out of direct sunlight. If you choose to refrigerate your cake, please take it out 30 minutes before serving, just to take the chill off! This ensures soft ganache, creamy buttercream, & flavorful cake.
